PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the removal capacity of the clogging articles of pavement having water permeability and drainage properties. SOLUTION: The inside of a casing 13 covering the paving surface 1a of the clogging-article removing device 2 for pavement 1 and forming a covering space 31 is partitioned into a water injection chamber 33 and a suction chamber 34 by a partition wall plate 32 slid and contacted with the pavement surface 1a. The suction force of a suction duct 38 connected to the suction chamber 34 does not work to high-pressure water injected from an injection nozzle 24 in the water injection chamber 33 largely by the partition wall plate 32, high- pressure water is drawn near to the suction duct 38 side and the angle of impactθis increased, the reduction of impact force is prevented, and the removal capacity of clogging articles is improved.
