摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having a uniform surface, excellent in running properties and transparency and adaptable to various uses, for example, graphic arts, display, packaging, a transfer mark, photomechanical process, a magnetic recording medium or an electric application such as a condenser or the like. SOLUTION: A laminated polyester film is characterized by providing a coating layer on at least the single surface of a polyester film containing 0.001-3.0 wt.% or porous spherical silica particles with an average particle size of 0.3-15μm, a spherical ratio defined by formula I of 0.90-1.0, a particle size distribution value defined by formula II of 1.2-2.5 and a specific surface area of 100-600 m2/g. Herein, the formula I is spherical ratio=projection area of particles/circle corresponding area of max. diameter in particle projection area and the formula II is particle size distribution value=d10/d90 [wherein d10 and d90 show particle sizes (μm) corresponding to 10 and 90% of the total vol. When the integrated vol. of a particle group is measured from a large particle size].
