PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform an agricultural product carrying-in operation and an agricultural product sorting operation by processing intrinsic information on a receiving tray on which an agricultural product is placed and lot informa tion on the agricultural product placed on the receiving tray through linking both sets of information and consequently dispensing with the necessity to supply the agricultural product by lot through a gap or the like. SOLUTION: Information relative to the producer of an agricultural product W carried into a supply part 8 by a truck T (lot information) is entered by a control panel 9, and is stored in a recording device 12 through an attribute processing device 11. Next each of the pieces of the agricultural product W which is placed on each of empty trays 2 to be sent from an empty tray pool device 5b. Further the bar code of each of the trays 2 in the process of conveyance by a conveyor 3 is read using a bar code reader 10 and tray information is stored linked with the described lot information. After that, the trays 2 after cleaning by a cleaner 7 are once retained in a pool device 5a and then are supplied to a sorting and discharge part 6 and further the quality of the agricultural product W is measured using a measuring device 20. Finally the measurement results are stored linked likewise with the lot information.
