PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form facilitating building-up work in the case of providing a haunch at the corner part internal wall of a continuous footing with a footing part. SOLUTION: This permanent form 1 made of foam synthetic resin, for forming a corner part internal wall of a continuous footing with a footing part has a left side part 2 and a right side part 3 comprising upper plate body parts 2a, 3a for forming the rising parts of the continuous footing; lower plate body parts 2b, 3b for forming the side walls of the footing part; and connection parts 2c, 3c of both upper and lower plate body parts 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b for forming the upper wall of the footing part. In this case, both ends 2d, 3d of the left side part 2 and right side part 3 are connected in a cross state, and at least both upper plate body parts 2a, 3a for forming the rising parts of the continuous footing are integrally connected by a short-cut part 4 of inner surface plane shape for forming a haunch of the continuous footing.
