PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of operation to extract a mandrel smoothly without hurting the inner wall of an elastic pipe such as a rubber pipe in the processing/production of the elastic pipe. SOLUTION: In the wall of a cylindrical mandrel 1 are formed numbers of fine through holes 3 through which pressurized fluid to be introduced into the mandrel 1 can pass are formed. an elastic material is wound onto the surface of the mandrel 1, or the mandrel 1 is inserted into the hollow elastic material, an elastic pipe 5 is formed by heat molding. After that, the pressurized fluid is introduced into the mandrel 1 and ejected from the holes 3 in order to expand the elastic pipe 5, and the mandrel 1 is drawn out from the elastic pipe 5.
