摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovering method for heavy metal components by which both zinc and lead components are recovered at a high rate, the contents of the zinc and lead in the recovered heavy metals are made high, and hydrogen chloride and inorganic chlorides which are generated in the same plant are not dumped but used to save resources. SOLUTION: In a method for recovering heavy metal components from waste incineration ashes or the like by using a hydrochloric acid-acidified inorganic chloride aqueous solution as a heavy metal eluent, a heavy metal component eluent prepared by using hydrogen chloride and inorganic chlorides generated in the same plant is used. Ashes to be treated to which this method for recovering the heavy metal components is applied may be waste incineration ashes and fused fly ashes respectively generated by the incineration and the thermal decomposition and fusion of waste containing at least a chlorinated polymer, such as polyvinyl chloride, and heavy metal components to contain at least hydrogen chloride and the heavy metal components, and are not especially limited.
