PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of executing more effective sterilization by impressing a higher electric field on fungi and microorganisms in a liquid material. SOLUTION: This sterilization apparatus has a sterilization treatment section 10 which has two electrodes 12, 14 coaxially arranged inside and outside and is flowed with the liquid material 8 between both electrodes 12 and 14 and a pulse power source 20 which impresses the both polarity pulse voltage VP2 of <=1 μs in the transition time from the pulse stop of one polarity to the pulse stop of another polarity between the electrodes 12, 14 of this sterilization treatment section 10. |
