PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for processing a document while preventing a demonstration edition from being continuously and illegally used by limiting a print function in software provided through on-line, and to provide a storage medium. SOLUTION: In a demonstration edition, whether or not a user-instructed processing to a document is a prescribed processing is identified (S94), and when the user-instructed processing is not the prescribed processing, this user- instructed processing can be made executable (S96), and when the user-instructed processing is the prescribed processing, the user-instructed processing only to the prescribed part of the document can be made executable (S100). |
