PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device using a magnetic fluid having enhanced eccentricity follow-up property, capable of coping well with deflection and vibration of a rotary shaft, assuring a wide degree of freedom in the introducing angle of the rotary shaft, and giving possibility of setting to the desired angle. SOLUTION: A sealing device 41 is composed of a sleeve 22 (holding member) to hold a magnetic fluid seal part MS4 formed independently of a housing, bearings 27a and 27b to support the sleeve 22 on a rotary shaft, bellows 24 (connecting means) to connect together the housing and sleeve 22 sealedly with possibility of relative movement, and a fixing leg 43 and retainer ring 44 (angle setting means) to set the angle of sleeve 22 to any desired value. |
