<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LCD holder which allows the LCD to be secured without wobbling and prevents displacement of the LCD by means of an opening in electronic apparatus, and electronic apparatus using the LCD holder. SOLUTION: A box-shaped LCD holder 20 to be mounted with LCD 10 thereon is prepared. An almost L-shaped positioning ribs 26 for positioning the LCD 10 is formed at four corners of the upper face of the LCD holder 20, and furthermore, biasing portions 22, extending from one side of the LCD holder 20 bias the placed LCD 10 toward the other side and secures the LCD. In addition anchoring portions 28, are formed to attach the LCD holder 20 to a circuit board. The LCD 10 is placed on the LCD holder 20, and then the LCD holder is attached to the circuit board. Subsequently, the circuit board is attached to the front case of electronic apparatus, and the LCD 10 is thereby made to be exposed at a display opening in the front case.</p> |
