PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera using an imaging device at a low cost by making exposure control possible by energizing. SOLUTION: Pressing force is given to sectors 6 and 7 opening and closing a shutter aperture in a direction that the shutter aperture is closed while the sectors 6 and 7 are normally held on an open position. A control member is constituted of a diaphragm cam 4 on which cam surfaces 4a to 4d setting different diaphragms and a valley surface 4e closing the aperture are alternately formed on its outer periphery, and a sector lever 5 driving the sector linked with the cam surfaces and the valley surface and adjusting and closing the aperture amount of the shutter aperture 8. The imaging device capable of performing exposure by energizing starts exposing an object image by energizing when the cam surface of the cam 4 for desired aperture is selected, and stops performing exposing when the imaging device reaches the valley surface succeeding to the selected cam surface and the aperture 8 is closed.
