PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a rare elementary particle group.a reverse particle group discovered newly in a practical and complete theoretical system of physics realized in extension of a comprehensive physics system. SOLUTION: A rare elementary particle group.a reverse particle group are utilized to provide a device for inspecting, testing and machining a material, a medical device, an information communication unit, an energy generator, in particular a direct current generator, a battery, a nuclear furnace, and a nuclear power generator. A reverse neutrino particle and a reverse charged pion particle are utilized for a modulator and a demodulator to provide a novel information communication means capable of keeping strong directivity to penetrate the inside of the earth and an obstruction on the ground, using a neutrino beam as a signal transmitter, and a novel battery, a novel nuclear reactor, a novel nuclear power generating mechanism and a machining technique for a ferromagnetic recording material are provided using the reverse neutrino and reverse pion particles, and the like.
