PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set in a short time and measure with high precision by setting integrally a weight sensor and forming a flat road face with the use of a preconcrete board fabricated at a factory or the like. SOLUTION: This measuring apparatus for measuring a weight of a travelling vehicle is constituted, for example, by securing a preconcrete board 1 mixed with a rubber-based material by bolts or the like method on a foundation board 3 of a road via a damper material 5 in a manner so that a road face can be adjusted. A weight sensor 11 is integrally fixed at a recessed part 13 having a drain 17 formed in the preconcrete board 1 to be even with the preconcrete board. Preconcrete boards reinforced by a non-metallic material such as a glass fiber or the like are arranged in front of and at the back of the preconcrete board 1. A metallic sensor, e.g. loop sensor 15 for detecting when a vehicle passes is set at the preconcrete boards. An adhesive of a type absorbing vibrations is used as a joint 7 at each united part of the boards. A transmitter receiver for measured data, etc., can be installed to the preconcrete board.
