SOLUTION: This device comprises a support 4 comprising a cylinder 2 fixed on the tip side, and a holding part 3 on the base end side, and the cylinder 2 is pressed to molding material 5 to contain a specified quantity of molding material 5 in the cylinder 2 to freely mold it. In this case, a freely reciprocating piston 6 is provided in the cylinder 2, a piston rod 7 is provided to be fixed to the piston 6, and the piston 6 is moved to the base end side to be contained in the cylinder 2, thereby molding material 5 can be freely contained and discharged.
