PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive roll having a low hardness and a stable electric conductivity without using a foaming technique by forming a specified elastic body layer. SOLUTION: An elastic body layer simultaneously satisfying to be a non-foam and having a hardness of JIS 30A or below and 1×102-1×1012Ω.cm volume resistivity is formed using a compsn. contg. a thermoplastic elastomer, in particular a styrene elastomer and an electrically conductive filler to obtain the objective electrically conductive roll. As preferable styrene elastomer used, one based on a hydrogenated body of a styrene-butadiene block copolymer or a hydrogenated body of a styrene-isoprene block copolymer is cited.
