PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable winding device to smoothly wind the cable even when the weights of a containing frame and a cable are increased and when the attitude change of a winding device or a deviation in the revolving shaft of a cable winding part occurs. SOLUTION: First guide rollers each having a V-shaped groove are respectively arranged on both sides of a containing frame 6 to contain a cable group 6G, and guide rails 13 are arranged in a manner to nip the first guide roller therebetween and having two protrusions in a V-shape in cross section engaged with the respective grooves. A containing frame group 6G coupled in the longitudinally of a cable group 2 is supported by the guide rail 13.
