PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a plurality of thrusting jacks to the new places of installation at a time when the width diameters of concrete case bodies differ and the places of the disposal of the thrusting jacks are changed according to the difference of the width diameters, to eliminate the need for operation, in which bolts are removed and shifted laterally to every thrusting jack and the thrusting jacks are fixed by the bolts again, and to improve workability. SOLUTION: In the open shield machine 1, in which the insides of left-right side wall plates 1a are partitioned by partition walls and jack sections 1d are formed, thrusting jacks 2 are disposed to the jacks 1d and a front, a rear and a top face are opened, oblong holes 10 are formed to the partition walls 3, vertical frames 11 are installed onto the rears of the partition walls so as to be crossed at right angles with the oblong holes 10 laterally movably, and the jacks 2 are inserted into supporting holes 12 formed to the vertical frames 11 and the oblong holes 10 shaped to the partition walls.
