PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a next player of the ball drawing state of a ball drawing device installed in a machine. SOLUTION: This ball drawing device 42 is provided with an operation member 80 for varying an operation in the surface side of a ball plate with a finger, an opening/closing member 60 displaced to a closed/opened position with respect to a ball outlet part 33 by being linked with the varying of the operation member 80, and a position detecting means 91 for electrically detecting the opening range state of the opening/closing member 60 and adding a notification condition to a notifying means 100 placed in a required position. That is, when a ball removing state is held by the operation member 80, if the opening/closing member 60 is half-open or fully open with respect to the ball outlet part 33, this is detected by the position detecting means 91, and notified to a next player or the like by the notifying means 100. A lead switch or the like is executed as the position detecting means 91, and a luminous lamp 102 or the like is executed as the notifying means 100.
