PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray photographing device capable of easily and quickly performing photographing from many directions. SOLUTION: Respective memory switches 30a-30i are disposed at positions on an additional operation panel 30 related to a turning direction and a turning angle in the plane view of an examinee body M. The memory switch 30a is disposed at the position showing CRAN and LAO directions, the memory switch 30b is disposed at the position for indicating only the CRAN direction and the memory switch 30c is disposed at the position for indicating the CRAN and RAO directions. Further, the memory switch 30d is disposed at the position showing only the LAO direction, the memory switch 30e is disposed at the position showing that the turning angle is 0 deg. in any turning directions and the memory switch 30f is disposed at the position showing only the RAO direction. Similarly, the respective memory switches 30g-30i are disposed at the positions respectively showing CAUD and LAO directions, only the CAUD direction and CAUD and RAO directions.
