PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to efficiently speak by improving the convenience of a hand set at telephone terminal equipment provided with a plurality of hand sets. SOLUTION: Terminal equipment 8 is provided with the plurality of hand sets 8-1-1 and 8-1-2 and at least one of buttons 8-4-1 to 8-4-P for performing the operation of call originating or call incoming response and connected through a line having channels corresponding to the number of hand sets 8-1-1 and 8-1-2 to a telephone exchange device.
