The invention provides a generator of magnetic fields, which lines of force are so arrayed to obtain their greater interaction with liquid or gaseous fluids circulating in a tubular medium which contains it, said fluid acting on the starting or subsequent magnetic fields cutting the lines of force and generating a spike or pulse which is amplified by solid state media in one or more steps and carried to the winding of an induction element to generate in this winding a new magnetic field notably increased and with more specific effects on the fluid, affecting its kinetics with the purpose of obtaining changes in its physical, chemical or biological characteristics. A secondary magnetic field which lines are arrayed as a revolution ellipsoid (21), extending the field and providing other lines of force (22), is generated.
