PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for the separation and differentiation of a pad material and a filament member at the time of disposal by integrally molding and embedding the filament member and the pad material and forming the pad material and the filament member out of materials based on the same material. SOLUTION: A pad material 1 is formed of a polyurethane foam, and a polyurethane foam chip-solidified product based on the same material as that of the polyurethane foam of the pad material 1 is used for a filament member 2. The polyurethane foam integrally forming the pad material 1 penetrates and impregnates the filament member 2 by its blowing pressure to resinify its inside and periphery, a pad formed of the pad material 1 adhered to the filament member 2 is obtained, and a surface material can be stretched over the pad and so on. In the pad, the filament member 2 is formed of a material based on the same material as that of the pad material 1 and is embedded by integral blowing, and the filament member 2 is fixed to the pad material 1 in an exposed state to a degree. In the case of disposing of the pad, there is no need for separation into and differentiation between the pad material 1 and the filament member 2 for disposal or for any change in the production processes of pads, and the pad is by no means inferior in performance.
