摘要 The container to extract water from sludge has a closable water outlet and a filter (2) with a carrier (4) for the filter material which is reversible at the inner wall of the container. The carrier (4) has a two-part frame (5,6), joined together in a release fitting, with the filter material between them. The frame sections (5,6) remain held together, with movement to flap open and closed. Their dimensions are set so that, when closed, one frame section (6) holds the other (5) where the filter (2) thickness matches the thickness of the holder frame section (6). At least one frame section (5,6) has a stabilizing unit with passage openings, as a corrugated grid (8) and/or a perforated sheet (10) and/or another plate with openings. The passage openings for the frame part (5) towards the interior of the container are larger than those for the frame part (6) towards the inner wall of the container. The frame part (6) towards the inner wall of the container has a seal against the container wall. The filter (2) is inserted into the frame assembly by at least one suspension (14), fitted to at least one side of the container or to several sides, and at least at one longitudinal container side. The filter (2) is at the side of the container opposite the emptying side. Alternatively each container side has two filter units, with a height equal to the container side height, and the sum of their widths matches the container wall width. The inner surfaces of the container sides have guide plates (17) to center and guide the filters (2). At the opposite side to the emptying side, the guide plate (17) is aligned at least in sections from the container side at an angle to the center of the container side towards the base (18) of the container. The container base (18) has at least one mounting (20) for the filter (2). The lower ends of the frame sections (5,6) have pins (21) extending at both sides, to work with the mountings (20), and the guide plate (17) has a limit stop for the pins (21) when in position. The container side to take a filter can be in a double-wall structure. The inner wall, of the two walls, has an opening so that the filtrate can flow into the chamber formed between the walls. The filter (2) is fitted into the inner wall opening so that the frame (5,6) is flush with the inner surface of the inner wall. The gap between the two walls is greater than the thickness of the filter frame (5,6). The inner surface of the outer wall is fitted with support plates to bear against the filter frame (5,6). The wall opening opens upwards. The upper end of the outer wall, of the double wall, has a mechanism to lock the inserted filter (2). The water outlet is at the lower end of the container wall which carries the filter (2), using two or more outflows.
