<p>The extractor instrument comprises an attachment (2) which has a sleeve part (13) placed onto a neck part (6) with a hole at least partly containing the neck part. A coupling element (15) is clamped against the neck part and is supported on the sleeve part. A carrier (23) is formed on the coupling element section engaging and disengaging with and from the recess in the neck part. The hole through the sleeve part, and the coupling element are in the form of guide sections brought together on a shared centering axis (Z). At least one guide section has a guide surface (16b,13a) diverging in relation to the centering axis. The adapter sleeve forming the coupling element has a longitudinal section divided by slits (22) into several radially movable tongue-like wall segments (16a). <IMAGE></p> |
