Composition for reducing cohesion and improving texture of gray hair comprises: (a) at least one quaternary ammonium compound containing at least one alkyl or alkenyl group with 10-24 carbon atoms; and (b) at least one optionally substituted naphthalenesulfonic acid or its salt to reduce cohesion and improve the texture of naturally gray human hair.
