摘要 |
A mesoporous material is claimed, in which >= 60% of the total pore volume is within /! 40% of the average pore diameter or at least one peak in an x-ray diffractogram is at an angle of refraction corresponding to a d value >= 1 nm. It has a skeleton of >= 2 metal atoms, >= 1 oxygen atom and >= 1 organic group, in which the organic group is bound to >= 2 metal atoms. Independent claims are also included for: (a) the preparation of this material by polycondensation of an organometallic compound containing an organic group bound to >= 2 metal atoms and a hydrolysis group bound to >= 1 of these metal atoms in the presence of a surfactant; and (b) the preparation of a porous material by polycondensation of: (i) organometallic compound(s) with an organic group bound to >= 2 metal atoms and >= 1 hydrolysis group bound to each metal atom; and (ii) compound(s) with >= 1 hydrolysis group bound to a metal atom.
