<p>The plastic holder (2) contains a small quantity of liquid (6) with a gap or gas cushion between the liquid and the foil sealing cover (4). On one side of the rim of the holder is a tab (10). The user bends the tab upwards along a weakening line (12) and presses a protrusion (14) into the sealing foil.
