The invention relates to the field of agricultural plants protection, in particular, to the new herbicidal trisubstituted 3,5-Difluoropyridines of the general formula I, processes for preparation and utilization thereof in the compositions and process for weeds control: where A represents an optional substituted arylic group or an optional substituted heteroaromatic group of five or six members containing nitrogen or a difluorobenzodioxolyl group; R1/2 represents an optional substituted phenyl or thienyl group; R represents a halogen atom or an optional substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, alkoxy, alkoxyalkyl, alkylthio, alkylamino, dialkylamino, alkylsulphinyl, alkylsulphonyl group, or nitro, hydroxy, amino, haloalkyl, haloalkoxy, haloalkylthio group, or SF5 group and X represents an oxygen or an sulphur atom.
