The stopper, for use especially with a bottle kept in a horizontal position, has a flexible tube (1) passing through it that can be closed by a pinching wheel (2) moved along a guide (3) or by a button connected to a screw knob. When the wheel or button is released the required quantity of liquid can be drawn from the bottle without losing an excessive amount of gas.
