Topical compositions comprising at least two antibodies, at least one of which recognizes body surface epitopes and the other may recognize these or colors or active material epitopes, these being optionally coupled with colors and cosmetic or dermatological active materials, are new.- DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The new compositions comprise a cosmetic, dermatological , hygiene or pharmaceutical medium comprising: - (1) at least one antibody (I) that has a protein domain capable of recognizing the epitope of skin, nails, lips and eyelashes, and is optionally coupled with a pigment, dye, cosmetic or dermatological active material; and - (2) at least one second antibody (II) that comprises the following: - (a) a protein domain capable of recognizing an epitope of (I); and/or - (b) a protein domain capable of recognizing the epitope of a pigment, dye, cosmetic or dermatological active ingredient, being optionally linked to a pigment, dye, or active component.- INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for obtaining (I) and/or (II) by immunizing a mammal with the epitope of a pigment, dye, or active material, then taking a sample of the blood of the treated animal and isolating the antibody. Alternatively, (I) and/or (II) are obtained by taking the liver cells from the animal and fusing them with immortalized cells. The antibodies synthesized by the hybridomas are collected.- ACTIVITY - Antibacterial; antiviral; antifungal; anti-inflammatory; anesthetic; antiacne; antiseptic; antidandruff.- MECHANISM OF ACTION - None given |
