The box has a base (2), and a curved side surface (3) on which are formed the necessary holes for fixing, with the facility to mount at least one electric device, such as a socket, by screws and/or clips. Two groups of holes for screw fixings are provided for, positioned symmetrically around the curved surface and spaced by approximately 90 deg , these co-operating with brackets to fix the box and on at least one side being near to the electric device fixings.
