Flotation vest made from sheets of plastic bubble wrap material

The floatation vest is manufactured from bubble wrap, commonly used for packaging fragile items. It is made by assembling elements as sections and these are assembled using heat welding or adhesives. The capacity of the vest is increased by doubling up of the sheets of bubble wrap material at the belt loop area (5). A hole (1) for the head is provided with an additional floatation collar provided to keep the head upright in the water.
