1. The closure is designed especially for hatchways in collecting funnels in electrical precipitators. It consists of a flange, to reinforce the opening, a gasket and a lid. Unique characteristics: The lid (5) has the shape of a spherical cap. Its edges are bent along the entire circumference to form the ring (6). The latter fits to the gasket (4) secured in the socket (3), which is located in the flange (1) of the hatchway opening.
