<p>Photolacquer compsn. contains alkali-soluble base resin in discrete mixture with diazosulphonyl halide of formula: (where X is halogen atom and A and B are N2 or O and are different). Sulphonyl halides of naphthoquinone diazides in this mixture provide higher sensitivity and resolution comparable to photolacquers prepd. with quinone diazides rendered insoluble.</p> |
