<p>A compound having the formula <IMAGE> (IV) wherein Z is CH2-N(CH3), N(CH3)-CH2, or <IMAGE> R1 and R2 are selected from 1) one of R1 and R2 is OH and the other of R1 and R2 is (C1-C6)alkyl, (C2-C6)alkenyl, or phenyl, with the proviso that Z is not CO; 2) one of R1 and R2 is H and the other of R1 and R2 is NR5R6 wherein R5 and R6 are independently selected from H and (C1-C6)alkyl, or is OR7 wherein R7 is H or (C1-C6)alkyl; and 3) R1 and R2 together form an oxo or oxime group; R3 and R4 are each hydroxyl or together form a carbonate or thiocarbonate group; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.</p> |
