FIELD: equipment for grinding production wastes and reprocessing of worn products, preferably made from polymeric materials. SUBSTANCE: grinder has housing with charging and discharge openings and two reamers positioned within housing so that they intersect along generatrices. Reamers have two immovable cutting edges extending along reamer intersection line. Two shafts with working members positioned on charging, grinding and discharge stations are arranged in reamers so that working members and immovable cutting edges perform material grinding operations. Working members on charging and discharge stations are formed as augers. Reamers are positioned at an acute angle one with respect to the other and made conical and narrowing toward outlet opening. Working members on shafts are made conical and narrowing toward outlet opening. Working members on grinding station are formed as conical toothed gears. EFFECT: simplified construction and improved operating characteristics. 3 cl, 3 dwg
