FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: inhaler may be used for performance of anesthesia in oral cavity and larynx. Inhaler has air-flow interrupter positioned at inlet of air flow and splitter mounted at flow turbulizer input. Interrupter and splitter are positioned in succession. Turbulizer is made in form of circular projections arranged with eccentricity relative to turbulizer axis. Points of projections most distant from turbulizer axis are located along helical line. Splitter may be manufactured as perforated disc of perforated bushing. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of medicinal mixture. 3 cl, 3 dwg
