METHOD OF MODELLING OF PULMONARY EDEMA

FIELD: experimental medicine; applicable in modelling of pulmonary edema in experiment. SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction to animals of paraopiodic dipeptide arginylphenylalanine in form of dihydrochloride (RFx2HCl) in doses from 0.1 to 0.5 mg/g. Method allows exclusion of use of catechol amines, and adequate assessment of sympathoadrenal system and investigation of dynamic of its functions in formation of pulmonary edema.
