FIELD: mechanical engineering; axial-flow compressors. SUBSTANCE: device has dowel fitted in blind hole of working blade shank and in through hole of rotor slot. Through hole has ring trimming from side of blade shank. Hollow bushing with bead on one end is fitted in hole. Bead thrust against bottom of groove. Bushing has also deformable member for locking dowel on other end. Dowel has special member for removing the dowel. This member is made in form of ring groove or in form of threaded hole. EFFECT: possibility of repeated removal and installation of working blade in rotor without damage to blade and rotor. 3 cl, 2 dwg
