This invention is related to the food industry and is used for producing aerated water. The new aromatic aerated water ingredient composition created in the scope of this invention consists of a mixture of natural citric fragrant substances: Lemon Aroma 9036305 (r) (DRAGOCO, Austria), carbonic acid, sodium bicarbonate and water, maintaining the following ingredient ratio, g/100 decalitres:Lemon Aroma 9036305 mixture 5.5- 6.5;carbonic acid 31.5-35.0;sodium bicarbonate 1.5-1.6;water quantity up to 100 decalitres.The newly created aromatic aerated water ingredient composition has the following features:appearance - clear liquid, without sediments and other undesirable additives;taste, smell - natural lemon;biological properties - eases thirst, has an overall tonic effect. |
