FIELD: environment control activities. SUBSTANCE: device can be used for liquidation of leaks of oil and oil products on water surface. Device has following components: pump, collecting unit which is provided with rotating filtering drum, flexible guarding, two winches, two belt receiver, service platform, and frame. Frame is provided with mechanical jack, support, steps, handrails; collecting unit is provided with steam supply manifold and unit for proportioning of de-emulsifier. Rotating filtering drum is made in the form of scroll. Both ends of flexible guarding are inserted through belt receivers and are secured on winches. Collecting unit, belt receivers and service platform are combined in one module which is movable along frame. Both belt receivers are provided with mechanisms for adjusting of their sinking depth relative to module. To maintain guarding in vertical position, it is provided with detachable cylindrical floats. Located in upper cover of each cylindrical float is plug with members for fastening and tensioning of guarding. Aforesaid embodiment of device allows for effective collection and transfer by pumping of high-viscous and heavily fouled petroleum sludges, also in conditions of changing direction and value of wind load.
