The kit comprises a metallic tubular-mesh support (10) connected to a release head (14), itself connected to a flexible hollow rod (12) and release head in which a central tube is connected to an external controller (52). The rod contains four thin flexible wires connected to slidable controller (50). The cutting tool (18) is used to reduce the length of the support to match the need of the vein or artery. The support is introduced into the blood vessel using the guidance sheath (16).
