PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet spraying method of lining refractories of trough in which adhesion between the base material of trough and a wet spraying material and between wet spraying layers is enhanced and stripping or falling of sprayed refractories is suppressed. SOLUTION: In the inventive method for spraying lining refractories of trough, surface of a basic material 2 is coated by an arbitrary means, e.g. painting with brush or spraying, with a glaze 3, i.e., a slip, principally comprising frit for ordinary enamel and ceramics generally softening and fusing at 500 deg.C-1200 deg.C before retractories is sprayed thereon. More specifically, coating with glaze 3 and spraying of refractories can be repeated alternately or the surface of the basic material 2 can be coated with glaze 3 under a state where slug is adhering to the surface and the work can be carried out endlessly regardless of the temperature conditions of residual basic material. |
