PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device and the image forming device provided with the same making the temp. distribution on a fixing body so as to be equalized, regardless of lighting state of respective heating means under the fixation standing by, in the case of starting the fixation processing from the fixation standing by. SOLUTION: This fixing device is allowed to achieve the equalized temp. distribution on the fixing body by setting so that controlling means controlling lighting and off of respective heater 2-1 and heater 2-2 in accordance with the detection temp. by a thermistor 3, controls power supply from a commercial power source to respective heater 2-1 and heater 2-2 from completion of fixation standby until the fixation start, in accordance with the time length of the lighting and turning off of the respective heater 2-1 and heater 2-2 at the fixation standby time. |
