PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly control a servo motor corresponding to the desired rotating speed plan by reducing errors contained in a reference input valve to be a reference for the position control of a servo motor. SOLUTION: A speed plan preparing means 20 prepares the rotating speed plan in the entire driving process of the servo motor. Next, a rotating angle setting means 22 sets a rotating angle θ of the servo motor, based on the rotating speed plan as the function expression of lapse of time T. Next, a pulse number counting means 24 finds a number n(k) of pulses for each time interval s(k) based on that function expression. |
