PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor that is strong against external shock and vibration without reducing sensitivity. SOLUTION: A support member 6 is mounted to the mounting part of a pedestal 8 that is formed in a one-piece rod shape and consists of a vibrator support part 6a where a vibration 1 is mounted and a pair of inclination parts 6b and 6c being extended toward the outer direction of the vibrator support part 6a and the above mounting part of the pedestal 8. Then, a support member is also formed in a one-piece rod shape and is mounted to the mounting part of the pedestal 8 and consists of a vibrator support part where the vibrator 1 is mounted and a pair of inclination parts being extended toward the outer direction of the vibrator support part and the above mounting part of the pedestal 8. |
