PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a beeds inductor to prevent deformation and/or axis off-line of a metal coil caused by injection pressure when a melted resin material is injected from a gate. SOLUTION: A coil 44 is inserted by a coil support pin 48 provided on a first lower mold 42b of an injection mold 42 and protruding in a cavity 46 of the injection mold 42, and an internal circumference of the coil 44 is stuck to the support pin 48. A melted resin material is injected into the cavity 46. Both of the first lower mold 42b and the coil support pin 48 are drawn out the molded product and replaced by a second lower mold 42c having no coil support pin 48. A melted resin is injected into a cavity 54 drawn out by the coil support pin 48. A hardened resin mold 52 is pulled out from the injection mold 42 and cut so that an end of the coil 44 is exposed. |
