PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain optimum both-side printed output result arrayed in the binding direction, even if plural size of paper sheets coexist in the same documents. SOLUTION: This image forming device is constituted so that a CPU of a formater part 8 is allowed to determine compatibility of the image forming directions among recording sheets in different sizes, based on a specified state of a short side bind both-face mode specified with respect to a printing job by a PC/WS 7A, or the long side bind both faces mode, and the specified state of the size of recording sheets respectively specified with respect to each page of the printing job, and moreover to perform the control, based on the detection result, both face images forming on the recording sheet specified out of different sizes based on another both side mode being different from the both side mode specified with respect to the printing job. |
