PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make measurement variations of detectors smaller by measuring a current value on an electrode at the some time, when an emission is measured, estimating an emission peak time (τ) based on the current value and setting an integrated value of the emission amounts for an appropriate time before and after the τ as a detection signal value. SOLUTION: A working electrode 2, a counter electrode 3 and a reference electrode 4 are set to make an electrochemical emission marker emit light. A potential between the working electrode 2 and the counter electrode 3 and a current value are extracted from a potentiostat power source circuit 10, analog/digital converted and fetched into a personal computer 12. A photodetector is for detecting an emission from a marker substance is set near the working electrode 22. An emission generated on the working electrode 2 passes through a transparent window at the side of the counter electrode 3 and enters the photodetector 8. A current value on the electrode is measured at the same time as when the emission is measured. A maximum value Ip is substituted in a formula in which (m) and (n) are an inclination a line and an intercept respectively, whereby an emission peak time (τ) is determined. An integrated values of emission amounts for an appropriate time before and after the τ, e.g. several tens of milliseconds is set as a detection signal value. |
