<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the miniaturization and also to improve the manufacturing efficiency of a device. SOLUTION: When a conducting stylus 32 is rotated with a rotary dial while coming into contact with each of metallic films 22, 27 having individual resistance values set in accordance with distances between a reference connecting point A and each of connecting points B-G on a printed resistor 28, the rotational position of the rotary dial with respect to the main body is detected by a mode detector 40 based on resistance value between a metallic film in contact with the conducting stylus 32 and this conducting stylus 32. Thus, the realization of miniaturizing the device and improving the manufacturing efficiency is attained.</p> |
